This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Personal Responsibility: Participants are responsible for assessing their physical fitness and ensuring they are adequately prepared. It is your responsibility to follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by STAR TREKK staff. Failure to adhere to safety measures may result in removal from the activity without refund.
Insurance: We strongly recommend obtaining personal travel, health, and accident insurance that covers adventure activities, including emergency evacuation, medical expenses, and trip cancellation.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STAR TREKK, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in activities.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law: This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from participation in our activities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttrakhand, India.
